I had a six pack then had syncope. This is the third faint I have had and that affected my confidence. My friend had warned me I was so depressed I overate and that caused a cancer scare. High body fat levels always leads to these in my body for some reason. I only can carry mainly muscle as i have to watch my bones and i cant fill outba pants well i have to alter them. I also made the error of underestimating my steps and eating too many calories. I gained 4kg. Look awful. I am dieting it back off and then putting on muscle. Im very small. Waist 21.75. Hips around 30 around the fullest. Shoulders 30. I have several food addiction. Polydipsia. Have low oxygen level and recently fainted again. Excess Food does me no favours don't want it in my life.

I wonder if it will remove underarm hair or leg hair !? LOL

Natural hair covers a multitude of sins.😂 I know I have short patches everywhere.😅 I am not relaxed yet, but I am strongly thinking about it.😂

Make your way to a good, reputable salon. Get professional advice about what's really going on. It could be something you are using on your hair. Long hair will get out of control. Try wrapping it at night instead of putting in so much heat. Heat can be your enemy. Besides you had curly hair before it's been a while since you have relaxed. Your hair still has a tendency to want to curl up.

I love your hair. I am right behind you with the relaxer. I want to see the real length of my hair and feel it blow in the wind. I want to wear a simple loose ponytail without having to do the most, wrestle with the kinks, and be careful not to break the ends.

Thank you for being so genuine and transparent regarding your feelings and weight. I feel the exact same way how you described how you are not feeling this is the best version of yourself. I’ve gain about 35-40 pounds since 12 years ago and I still kept a lot of my old clothes because I know all the weight I’ve gained doesn’t belong to me. For the last 1.5 months, I’ve lost 15 pounds. I’ve worked hard to loose the fat and I still have 20 more pounds to go. I believe that if we are determined enough, we will be able to be the best version of ourselves in and out.

We literally have the same hair type and length. You are gorgeous but i don't understand why you relaxed your hair. I always felt like my hair was easy to manage. I know it's your hair from dang i wish you would have kept it curly.

I know I’m a little late but I just went back and watch the first video and you had the same shorter pieces in that video… I was like hold on now. My hair is the same way around the perimeter is the shortest 2-4” the rest 24” so don’t feel bad I haven’t relaxed yet but thinking about it

That’s why it is not recommended to use these strong chemicals on yourself at home . It’s best to let a professional do it.

you can't relax your hair and still keep your curly hair routine, you must adapt a relaxed hair routine. I hope you can transition with out too much breakage

I think it's how the way you applied the relaxer on your hair. I think u had to start mid shaft, roots then ends. Your hair is still 😍

Try rucking with 10 to 20 lbs Walk it off. 4 miles every day. Cut out sugar . Bring the dog and walk.

I’m natural again. I’ve experimented with almost everything. I HATED the different textures from new growth. Hated how my scalp and hair felt. I miss only the fast drying of relaxed hair but miss the strength and softness of my natural one

I just straightened my hair... Curled it ... And then I just cut it to shoulder length..... Because I'm so over my long hair. I realized I keep putting it in a bun, likeeee..... Clearly as long as I grew it, I only like the bun. So might as well cut it and just make the bun simple for myself.!! And now when I wear a wig, it's easier to put on .. And it's faster to straighten... And I didn't relax it but it's ok now because it's quicker to straighten anyways.

Ok so I recently permed my hair too and we never separate or comb our hair while the perm is still in it will rip break off don't scratch you can only smoothly pass hand down. Never play with hair it's chemical and it's really only for the roots we can have our hair fall out by our it down to the tips... I know from experience 😢 so roots and new growth only and if you love your hair your supposed to wait atleast a month and a half to dye it but everything came out perfect ❤

Ponytails can break the back of relaxed hair. Pulling on relaxed hair especially with new growth breaks moa def. And using a brush on wet relaxed hair is damaging especially as hard as u was brushing thru it

I relaxed mine about a month ago for the same reason. It took me 3 years to decide if I was sure. One Friday sitting at work I decided. I’m much happier with it relaxed now because most of my life I been natural.
